Not possible to publish no recourse to public funds homelessness data, says MHCLG

In a report in March, the housing, communities & local government committee called on MHCLG to “collect and publish data” on how many people are subject to “no recourse to public funds”, a category which prevents people with temporary or no official immigration status from accessing many public services. The committee said it did not accept the government’s reasoning for why it could not produce these figures.
