There was an atmosphere change in Sefton Park this evening after the beauty spot was strewn with litter the night before.
Very little litter was left in the south Liverpool park today after disgusting scenes yesterday afternoon.
As Liverpool enjoyed sunny weather, hundreds of people flocked to the park to meet with friends following lockdown restrictions easing.
After people left, the park was covered in rubbish as park goers left behind empty food wrappers, beer bottles and plastic cups.
