Those studying GCSE and A-Level art now no longer in a studio classroom, are surrounded by other creative minds or have access to resources around them. How does this impact the quality of their work, and what is the overall outcome for their studies? Being at home can have some benefits to art students and their way of working. Individuals with creative mindsets undoubtedly need time for reflection. Being at home, in a comfortable space where they can let their ideas flow without the boundaries of the classroom, could be considered a benefit from the staying at home rules. It allows for more personal growth as the students are able to express their ideas more freely. However, how do they use their time wisely, and put it to good use without the structure of a school timetable?
