harris: has there always been up until and after birth and you described what that would be like and that is heartbreaking. i don t know that may be why you can t get democrat women to agree to get to that point, right? probably why they didn t codify it when obama was in office when they had majority. we had the born alive protection bill that house republicans are proud to support. we passed that in a house republican majority and that s standing for life. born alive babies deserve the right to life. there is a reason life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that life comes first. we saw the democrat governor in virginia shamefully talk about a baby holding that baby comfortable before killing that child. that is not where the american people are. that s what i mean when i say up until and after birth. we stand for life. we are proud to stand for life and we will oppose this very radical anti-life agenda that we re seeing from house democrats pushing on the floor.
you have to join us when the next democratic president comes in. congress is silent. but he doesn t have much authority. you have to have the congress act and joe biden sign a bill on abortion or the states get a vote on it like the supreme court said. his pen is not going to do much based on the decision that came from the supreme court. he can try to appease the left but it won t do much with the pen. harris: let me ask this. obama had both houses of government on the hill. by kam ral majority. this was an issue then. they could have codified roe v. wade then but they didn t codify it then, right? is this an issue that s truly important to democrats or is this an issue because they are so close now, 123 days away to the mid-term elections and they re in trouble and they know it. is this more of a cultural issue for them to bite onto. they could have done this years ago if they really cared.
