A Chicago Police officer has been charged with sexual misconduct while on duty after prosecutors say he inappropriately touched a woman in custody last year. Officer Stephan Shaw, 32, made his first court appearance Tuesday at the Leighton Criminal Courthouse, where he was charged with two counts of custodial sexual misconduct and one count of official misconduct.
