A Chattanooga Times Free Press survey of compensation for managers of Hamilton County municipalities aside from Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain and Ridgeside, which do not have city or town managers reveals the municipalities’ top administrators make an average of $128,730, or $17.24 per capita, based on information from public records and city officials.
