Police are naming the 19-year-old Rahmeir Barnett as the man shot to death this weekend. Syracuse police say that he and a 16 year old girl were both hit by gunfire on South Avenue, near Colvin Street.
A Van Buren man has been arrested for sexually exploiting middle school kids. State Police say 24-year-old Louis Fratangelo Jr hacked into the accounts of several Pine Grove Middle School children stealing naked images of them and threating to share them.
