The DOH-13 reported Saturday that from 73.06 percent in July 10, the region has reached an 86.83 percent achievement as of July 21. "The region has 1,673,857 individuals fully vaccinated," DOH-13 said. A total of 3,507,635 Covid-19 vaccines have been administered, 235,392 of them as booster shots.
