moving into southwestern dallas county. i was ready to say we believe we have at least three tornadoes on the ground. one in southwestern denton county near justin. one in tarrant county near euless. and one in the mesquite area. last report it was near 635 and the mesquite rodeo, north of there now and what you are looking at are live pictures from west arlington, of damage, that was done in article ton there from the tornado that is currently located near the euless area. lynn, what can you tell us? i am near lancaster and i-20. this afternoon a dallas police officer was hiding in a meat locker with several other people at the flying j truck stop.
we have a camera if that area right now. a shot from our feed and you can see the area talked about in the rotation. this is a very difficult situation to deal with with a lot of road closing right now along 635 with people stopping on the roadway. please remember to stay off the roads right now and try to get to cover. so, i-20 is still shut down. guest: yes, should down in bonnieville area. the main lane of i-20 is blocked off but the service road, as well, trying to keep as many vehicles as possible out of the community that was hit bit tornado. one command center set up in dallas and another in lancaster so we know there is significant
circling it and the hail area is north of 635 the red road running west to east across your screen, interstate 635. so we talking about areas west of carrollton and farmers branch proper. those folks are getting hammered. we are more concerned about the potential for a tornado. there is no doubt this storm has very strong rowation associated with it and already has produced a tornado with a left of producing a tornado which have done damage and perhaps caused injuries and it continues to move through the northern portion of dallas county and it will be head up into far southeast denton county and southwestern collin county so you are under tornado warnings.
