The Second annual Carson Animal Services Initiative 5K Fun Run and Walk will be held at Riverview Park at the end of East 5th Street in Carson City on Saturday, Sept. 21. Check-in time is at 8 a.m. and race start is at 9 a.m. Pre-registration fee is $15 for the first human participant and $10 for each additional family member.
