ril agm: RIL AGM: Jio to roll out one million 5G cells across India by December 23, says Mukesh Ambani

Reliance chairman Mukesh Ambani on Monday said that RIL s telecom unit, Jio, will be rolling out one million 5G cells by December, 2023. The remark came while Ambani was addressing the 46th annual general meeting of the company. "​​85% of total 5G cellls operating in India are of Jio. We will have nearly one million 5G cells by December 2023," he said.

Reliance Jio Infocomm said in accordance with the provisions of the spectrum agreement, it has accomplished its minimum roll-out responsibilities in each of the 22 Licenced Service Areas, across each of the spectrum bands, ahead of schedule.
