Short story is the case is going back to the Supreme Court. Nothing will change as of right now, but things could get tricky depending on what the Supreme Court does with this. All of this started in april when a federal judge in texas blocked access to the pill nationwide, gutting the original approval of the drug that had been on the market, the most commonly used abortion pill, had been approved since 2000. The drug actually has been, again, used widely since that time. The judge actually in the fifth circuit there, got it blocked in full by the Supreme Court back in april.
