UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS: Some Pennsylvanians getting extra $300

Thousands of Pennsylvania residents are eligible to start receiving an extra $300 per week in unemployment payments.About 127,000 claimants in the Unemployment Compensation and Extended Benefits programs were eligible for the $300 boost starting on Jan. 12, 2021 according to the Department of Labor and Industry.The money comes from an extension of the Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation program.
