so, this is a naturally occurring lignum that we find in our body but when we develop drugs, sometimes we want to modify those lignums to have a different effect or a more strong effect. i think you kind of learn about proteins as two dimensional structures but that is not the reality at all. in fact, proteins are three dimensional and very complicated structures. and when you are designing a drug for such a complex structure, it needs to have three dimensional shape. from september, the pharmaceutical students here will start having their 3d lessons. so in the first year, what we will do is we will get students to look at very basic drugs like aspirin, ibuprofen and anti inflammatories, and as they go through the course of their degree, we will incorporate more complex situations, looking at things like antidepressants and drugs of abuse. before vr, it would have been very difficult to try and convey this, because it would have all been on a 2d setting, something you d read in a book
