Weve seen a stream of vehicles as they open up gates. Some people were able to get out. Tens of thousands of people remained trapped after monsoon storms rolled in on friday and just kept raining through the weekend. There was flash flooding. The Sheriffs Office confirmed theyre investigating one death that occurred during this rain event. Officials havent provided much details about that death but they do say that the victims family has been notified.
