The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has closed two cases related to alleged match-fixing in the Indian Premier League (IPL) matches in 2019, citing a lack of evidence. The agency had filed two FIRs in May 2022 based on information received from Pakistan, accusing seven individuals of influencing IPL match outcomes through a cricket betting network.
