Jose Castro is the Juvenile Case Manager with Bryan Municipal Court. Since 2018, he's been helping local youth who suddenly find themselves before a judge.
According to the BCS Chamber of Commerce, at least six area restaurants have had to close their doors within the past few weeks due to a decline in business and inflation in restaurant materials.
“We want every child involved in the foster care system to have an advocate by their side while they go through such an uncertain time in their lives,” said Executive Director Amy Faulkner.
