when there is a big pile in front of your own house. this recovery has been pretty remarkable. the fact that we got power and water back so quickly is amazing. we have already collected as much debris as we would normally create in 14 1/2 years as a result of this storm. we have removed 2.2 million cubic tons of debris like over 6,500 refrigerators and appliances. it s an enormous task. when you put it in the perspective like that it s pretty remarkable. the message for america tonight is that the keys are open for business. the keys are open for business. key west we have about 93% of our hotel rooms are back. we are folks who are living in hotel rooms because their homes are uninhabitable. we have about 70% of hotel rooms here. for those here tonight we have sushi, the drag queen who
the very mountainous region between iran and iraq. it is what has made rescue operations difficult. the powerful 7.3 magnitude earthquake that struck at 9:20 p.m. has killed over 400 people across both countries injuring at least 6 1/2 thousand, unknown number of people remain trapped under debris. it is a rural mountainous region and residents rely on farming to make a living. it struck at a shallow depth of 14 1/2 miles. sent people fleeing from their homes and into the night. more than 100 aftershocks followed and the tremors were felt in turkey, israel and kuwait. the epicenter was 19 miles outside the city but iran bore the brunt of the tremor. 70,000 people are homeless afraid to go back into their homes. it is no stranger to quakes where a tack tonic plate meets
