Border patrol agents under attack again, fox news at night told that agents were forced to open fire on illegal immigrant after he allegedly assaulted agents yet one more example of agents being overwhelmed and targeted. Kevin cork has more. The incident happened in the area just west of eagle pass, texas. Border patrol agents apparently came under assault from a migrant who just illegally crossed into this country and were forced to shoot him in the leg. The migrant was taken to the hospital and facing assault charges. Border patrol sources saying assaults on agents across the border increasing. Interesting numbers, they issued a statement.
