things. there is some type of relationship there. susan collins evidently, man, does this matter, was especially upset about the latest allegation. and many people think that she might want to hear something from her before she goes ahead and casts a vote. the question, too is, is mark judge and susan collins asked this question. is mark judge, who brett kavanaugh wh evidently at brett kavanaugh s side through all these accusations is she going to get subpoenaed? she asked that question as did others. steve: she did offer to speak to the fbi. brian: the fbi? steve: has offered to speak to the fbi or the judiciary committee under oath. ainsley: it s his words against her word. we are going to hear from both sides today. keep in mind, there is no evidence. this is a long time ago. we still want to hear from her. she still needs to speak out and i m glad she is. steve: tell her story. brian: the thing is, she is brett kavanaugh never did anything to her.

kavanaugh walks in off the street and first thing we have heard about him. what has done is devoted his life to his family and children and to being a good man. you can t just it s not like all of these accusations are suddenly equally to what we already absolutely know about the man. steve: the extraordinary thing, charlie, is that with these now six accusations, one has been recanted, you would think that would show up in one of the fbi background checks but it apparently hasn t. you were talking about the republicans, real quickly, less than 30 seconds, what about the democrat s approach to this? they have demonstrated a new low in the politics of personal destruction. they have weaponized these people. they weaponized dr. ford in a way she did not want to be turned into a political cudgel. it goes to show democrats on the senate judiciary committee are willing to do anything to destroy somebody. steve: we will be able to see what they do exactly here live at 10:00 this
you are talking about those two men let me just say the dinners in accusations come from these two men whether it s a case of possible mistaken identity or not is the fact that chairman grassley s committee is attaching their name to it and going into detail. it s going to be certainly a significant part of today s hearing. brian: after all it s been all that s years. thanks a lot, griff. part of it is what do you remember? i don t care what camp you are in or how tend to believe. the big question is after 36 years, what can you remember clearly and when somebody else comes up and says i remember the same incident only it was me, not them. so that s significant. steve: two people popped up the same day saying i think it was me who assaulted her. ainsley: ages that of heart. guilty conscience, they wanted to come forward. think about her. was she drink at the party. mistaken identity? steve: she said she had one beer. ainsley: she didn t go to school with these guys.
