two things looking at here number one there was so much attention to the early vote, a heavy part of the vote in the district was cast before today. so much of the media coverage, so much of the story was about democratic enthusiasm, about kmkts mobilizing coming from out of district. the expectation here certainly in the ossoff campaign and among all the pundit it s was that ossoff would win the early vote and by a big margin the question was could he withstand whatever handel made up for on election day. when he got in the early vote on the margin for ossoff was all of 19.4 points. so right then when that came in early tonight you had a sense where it was going. and karen handel as expected to cleanup in the same day vote in particular one area in the district cobb county sort of the republican hart of the district did you not see a big early vote but you did see a big election day vote. overwhelming for karen handel not the democratic advantage we expected in the early vote. and the

the fact the fox news channel decided to have the debate at this stage so early, it keeps adding to donald trump s credibility with that same base and starts to convince them that they really could have a president trump. i think the danger for the republican party is that when the sort of the money men whisk the curtain away and whisk the rug from under donald trump you will have a lot of angry base republican voters who thought they were going to get president trump and will be disappointed and angry. it looks like in the latest average of polls john kasich may have moved to the number ten spot, edging out rick perry. so john kasich at 2.8% may be on that stage with donald trump who s at 19.4%. with kasich up there, that may he maybe the player on that debate stage that donald trump might have some trouble handling. yeah.
