In an update, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said this is equivalent to 19,147 persons from 122 villages in the Cagayan Valley, Mimaropa, Caraga, and Cordillera regions. Of this number, about 728 families or 3,221 individuals are residing in 23 evacuation centers while the rest have either returned home or are taking shelter with family and friends.
