Police Regional Office-Caraga (PRO-13) director, Brig. Gen. Romeo Caramat Jr., said the number represents 61.2 percent of the 527 personnel in the region who are listed to cast their votes through absentee voting for the 2022 local and national elections. "PNP Caraga values every citizen's right to choose their suited candidate, and this is confirmed in the region-wide absentee voting among our policemen far away from their homes," Caramat said
