In an advisory on Wednesday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) said the bettor guessed the winning combination 07-22-19-20-40-10 for PHP51,412,148. The ticket was purchased in San Quintin, Pangasinan. The bettor can claim the check at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City upon presentation of the winning ticket and two identification cards.
