Alfiler) MANILA - Members of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) seized about 25.5 kg. of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of PHP173.4 million during a buy-bust on Wednesday. National Capital Region Police Office Chief, Brig. Gen. Jonnel Estomo, said 36-year-old suspect Rodgene Umali was arrested during the operation conducted at No. 267, Roosevelt Avenue, Barangay San Antonio, Quezon City at about 6:30 a.m. Also seized from the suspect were two genuine PHP1,000 bills, boodle money, a mobile phone, and a Nissan Tierra vehicle. The seized drugs will be turned over to the QCPD Forensic Unit for chemical analysis. The suspect who is now under police custody
