Hilbre Manor on Bidston Road in Prenton (Google Streetview) A WIRRAL care provider moved five people between homes at the height of the pandemic last April, against the official advice of Public Health England. Hilbre Care Limited runs two care homes in Wirral, Hilbre Manor on Bidston Road in Prenton and Hilbre House on St Margaret’s Road in Hoylake. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspected Hilbre Manor last July, although the report was not published until today, and gave it an inadequate rating.
