Citi is combining its US credit business with debt capital markets with a series of internal moves.
Carolyn Kee, head of investment grade loans, is being promoted to chair of the new group.
The shakeup comes after Citi reported $7.9 billion in quarterly net income.
Citi is shaking up its North American credit business, naming Carolyn Kee the chair of its newly integrated debt capital markets group.
Kee currently leads the US bank s investment grade loans platform, a team that s arranged large-scale transactions including an approximate $13 billion deal for Boeing last year that came in the aftermath of two 737 Max aircraft crashes.

. His talk was the club’s first initiative as a Rotary Peacebuilder Club. This distinction reflects the club’s commitment to engaging in initiatives that create infrastructures for peace within our local community.
Becton’s organization uses lessons of history to challenge teachers and their students to stand up to bigotry and hate. He holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and is pursuing Ph.D. research on the historical construct of race and its impact on education. He has spoken to corporations including Walmart, USAA, AAA, Allstate, and Bank of America.

The Camden Rotary Club has announced that it is the first Rotary Club in New England to charter as a “Peacebuilder Club.” This distinction reflects the Camden Rotary’s Club commitment to engage in peace projects and initiatives that create infrastructures for peace within the local community, according to Camden Rotary, in a news release.
The Camden Rotary Club is one of 220 clubs worldwide that have been recognized by Rotary International for its commitment to peace.
For its first community peace initiative, the Camden Rotary Club invites the general public to a special program it will host on Tuesday, January 19, at noon. This program will take place the day before the U.S. Presidential Inauguration.
