Blues striker Kayden Jackson is being linked with a deadline day loan move to Championship Huddersfield Town. Clubs have until 11pm this evening to add to their squads.
According to

Jackson is also unavailable at present as he is one game into a three-match ban for his red card against Sunderland last week.

TWTD understands Town are closing in on the loan signing of Tottenham striker Troy Parrott.

Dubliner Parrott started his career as a youth player with hometown club Belvedere before moving on to Spurs in July 2017.

Town have confirmed the signing of striker Troy Parrott on loan from Tottenham Hotspur for the rest of the season, the 18-year-old Irish international having been recalled from his spell with Millwall.
News of the Blues interest in Parrott was first broken on the TWTD Forum earlier this morning.
The frontman, who will wear the number 40 shirt, trained with the Town squad this morning having put pen to paper on the deal.
Parrott had been on loan with Millwall since August and made 10 starts and four sub appearances without scoring for the Lions, having suffered a knock early on in his spell. Spurs are understood to want the youngster to play in his preferred central striking role rather than wide, as he has done during his spell at the Den.
Lambert: We Were the Better Team
Saturday, 30th Jan 2021 18:11
Town boss Paul Lambert felt the Blues were the better team during their 1-1 draw with Crewe Alexandra at Gresty Road, Aaron Drinan having netted his first competitive goal for Town to level Charlie Kirk’s opener for the Railwaymen, prior to Teddy Bishop being dismissed for a second bookable offence.
“I thought we were the better team,” Lambert said. “We didn’t deserve to go a goal down, we were the better team and I’m really happy with how we played, I thought we played really good, the tempo was really good.
