Love N Life has been sold in Florida, United States. The deal was concluded by Jason Dunbar of Luke Brown Yachts who represented the seller, and Todd Rittenhouse of Northrop and Johnson, who introduced the buyer.
Love N Life is a sporty yacht that is designed for coastal cruising in shallow waters, with a draft of only 1.8-metres. She features naval and exterior design by Olesinski, and interior styling by her builder, Princess.
Love N Life can accommodate up-to eight guests across the four staterooms, including one master suite, one VIP stateroom, one queen and one twin. All four staterooms come with an en suite bathroom. She also sleeps four crew members.

Ocean Club has been sold thanks to IYC broker Mark Elliott representing the seller and Andrew Cilla of Luke Brown Yachts for introducing the buyer. After just 100 days on the market, the deal concluded with a last known asking price of €13,130,729.
