Cleveland Foundation promotes Lillian Kuri to executive vice president and chief operating officer Cleveland Foundation veteran Lillian Kuri is taking on a new role at the organization. The foundation on Friday afternoon, Feb. 26, announced that Kuri will be promoted to the newly created position of executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective Monday, March 1. Kuri, 51, since January 2020 has held the title of senior vice president for strategy. Kuri  will oversee the day-to-day headquarters operations of the foundation and the development of a new strategic plan, which will include placekeeping and placemaking strategies designed in partnership with the community as part of the foundation s upcoming move to the intersection of the MidTown and Hough neighborhoods, according to a news release.
