Grayson Street will add a massive spot for laid back eats and high quality drinks by July.
Three Star Bar is set to open at 521 Grayson St. in Government Hill, according to Monday announcement.
Boulevardier Group Owner Jeret Peña, Chef Josh Calderon and notable local bartender Rob Gourlay are combining on the new venture. Three Star Bar will be located near Hello Paradise, the largely outdoor business Peña opened in December.
The 7,000-square-foot new eatery will have a menu of deli-inspired comfort food, like sandwiches, meatballs, deviled eggs and borracho bean hummus. The full bar will be stocked with top whisky and local beer to wash it all down.
