Spring Valley employees charged for alleged roles in fatal Evergreen fire in Spring Valley

Two Spring Valley employees were charged for their alleged roles in the fatal Evergreen fire in Spring Valley.
State and local investigators were inside Village Hall last week to serve a search warrant for documents related to that incident.
Village building inspectors Wayne Ballard and Raymond Canario have both been charged and released.
They are expected back in Village Court in July.
News 12 caught Spring Valley Mayor Alan Simon walking into Village Hall on Tuesday. Ultimately, justice would be found and essentially, I have no comment, he said.
