ALL PATIENTS MUST REGISTER THEIR FULL AND CORRECT VEHICLE REGISTRATION VIA THE CONSOLE LOCATED IN THE HEALTH CENTRE TO RECEIVE 2 HOURS PARKING
I can only think of one reason that the sign was designed in such a way so as to make the parking permission very visible, but the condition so much less likely to be noticed.
Failure to notice the condition results in an £85.00 fine.
One expects no better from Euro Car Parks, but I d expect more from Whittington Health Services. The local team must at the very least be aware of this issue and they have apparently taken no steps to rectify it.

Pictures were shared to social media yesterday, December 14, showing that the time limit has now been extended by half an hour, from the original two-hour restriction.
Some were keen to praise Euro Car Parks, the management company, for extending the time frame - where others still formed criticism.
One user said: There are several large shops there now plus food outlets. I m sure some people can easily spend that much time in the shops, going for something to eat and a drink and having a chat with friends.
