Driver, dogs trapped in truck partially submerged in icy water rescued in Wyoming By Brendan LaChance on December 29, 2020 CASPER, Wyo. The Sublette County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) said on Tuesday that the driver of a vehicle partially submerged in icy water in the Green River was rescued on Sunday along with two dogs also trapped in the vehicle. SCSO said that a call that came in at around 10 pm Sunday reporting a truck in the Green River near Reardon Draw, an area south of Big Piney. SCSO, Sublette County Unified Fire and EMS personnel responded to the incident immediately. Tip Top Search and Rescue were also notified of the incident.
