ELKTON â A domestic dispute spilled out of a residence near North East and onto Cecil County roads on Friday, when a woman allegedly chased her partner â reaching an estimated 100 mph at times â and rammed his vehicle multiple times, according to Cecil County District Court records.
Investigators identified the suspect as Jordan Nicole Spicer, 28, of the 100 block of Nazarene Camp Road, off Route 272, near North East.
Spicer is charged with first-degree assault, a felony that is punishable by up to 25 years in prison if convicted, court records show. After spending the weekend in the Cecil County Detention Center without bond, Spicer gained her pre-trial freedom Monday by posting a $5,000 bond following her bail review hearing, according to court records.
