Grand jury indicts another person on 2015 Mitchell bank robbery It is alleged that Kratky aided in intentionally taking property during a robbery at First Dakota National Bank. He has been indicted by a grand jury on witness statements from a Division of Criminal Investigation agent.  9:37 am, Jan. 14, 2021 × An arrest warrant has been issued for another person involved in a 2015 bank robbery in Mitchell. Nolan Robert Kratky, 23, of Ames, Iowa, is charged with aiding, abetting or advising in first-degree robbery, according to recently filed court documents in Davison County. It is alleged that Kratky aided in intentionally taking property during a robbery at First Dakota National Bank. He has been indicted by a grand jury from witness statements from a Division of Criminal Investigation agent.
