On a recent episode of
The Wrestling Inc. Daily, Wrestling Inc. Managing Editor Nick Hausman sat down with WWE Hall of Famer Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett was infamously part of the WCW
Thunder tag team match where David Arquette won the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. Arquette was recently featured in the
You Cannot Kill David Arquette documentary as well where he reflected on the backlash to Arquette’s world title win, and Hausman asked Jarrett if Arquette has redeemed himself.
“In my office, up here in my man cave so to speak, I got a picture of the triple cage, an action shot of David. I’m blessed I always got to look at the business through the promoter’s eyes,” Jarrett said. “You don’t have to. You can choose to do this. I’ll say this, David, nobody held a gun to his head and said, ‘You got to do this.’ He wanted to do this. So he came into this business.

Just when you think the superhero genre has been flogged to death, every modicum of originality extinguished by umpteen-million variations on the same concept, a production comes along that makes you think: hmm, yeah, Iâll watch that. The twist in Jupiterâs Legacy is that the superheroes are old codgers who received their powers in the 1930s and must adapt to a changing world. An ageing hero is largely what made Frank Millerâs classic graphic novel The Dark Knight Returns so interesting: long since retired, Batman returns Rocky Balboa style as a much older man â but every punch hurts, and the olâ knees ainât what they used to be.
Mank,
The Midnight Sky,
Emma – works of impeccable craftsmanship by the cinematographers, production designers, SFX artists, and costume designers alike.
