KG has released a new EP. Following the release of her singles  Nzinga  and Mantra , London-based DJ, producer and presenter Karen Nyame has dropped her latest project: ‘Sensei II’. A four-track EP released via Black Acre, Sensei II moves through UK Funky, gqom, R&B, afrobeats and beyond, and it the British-Ghanaian artists debut on the imprint. Speaking about the EP and her collaborators, KG said: “Collaborating with Aymos, Toya Delazy, Taliwhoah, Mista Silva - truly a magical yet organic experience. It was my intention to link in with amazing artists who are from the African continent or/ linked into the African diaspora in some way. I wanted that flavour/essence of back home felt throughout the project. From the Highlife guitar riffs to the Broken English / Ghanaian Twi spoken on Koko , or the South African Zulu on Nzinga for example - it was my intention to really tap more into my Afro roots this time around.
