RUSH: Lo and behold, wait ’til you hear this audio sound bite. CNN is reporting it’s miraculous the virus numbers are improving in 43 states, folks, since Biden was inaugurated yesterday. It’s a miracle! Oh, my goodness, are we so happy!

RUSH: It’s impossible not to be cynical, particularly when you predict these things. And I’m not alone. You probably joined me constantly in predicting that either shortly after the election or well into the Biden transition and certainly after the inauguration, why, the news media would be filled with stories of how bright it is now. Despite Plugs talking about it’s gonna be a dark winter, which he did, he warned all of us that it’s very dark out there and there’s no light in sight. We nevertheless predicted the Drive-By Media would take care of that.

RUSH: I want you to hear a little bit of Trump’s farewell speech from yesterday.
‘Cause, folks, every literate American should read Trump’s farewell address, every word. It should be required reading for every student. Now, I know that a lot of schools are not gonna do that. A lot of schools are not gonna make it required reading. That means you who are parents should think seriously of making this farewell address available to your kids. The president’s accomplishments are mind-boggling.
They should be a source of great pride. You know, Howie Carr (who’s a great radio talk show host in Boston), had a piece, his column, yesterday in the Boston Herald, January 19th. “Thanks for Everything, President Trump Thanks for the balance in my 401(k),” thanks for the “tax cuts for the middle class and [thanks for] destroying ISIS.”

RUSH: We just have a new sound bite here from Nancy Pelosi, CNN s Newsroom. She was talking with the correspondent Manu Raju. Manu Raju reported about Pelosi s California call with the House Democrat caucus about possible new articles of impeachment against the Trumpster.
RAJU: She s making very clear that there s more support for moving forward with impeachment among the House Democratic caucus now than there was the first time Donald Trump was impeached back in 2019. She said that she prefers the president resigning, or Vice President Mike Pence and the cabinet invoking the 25th Amendment to force the president out of office. But she s making it very clear: They re prepared to move forward with impeachment.

FARRAKHAN: The biggest slap in the face to Trump was when the man he called Sleepy Joe became the president-elect of the United States of America and called a black woman to his side. She ain’t no lightweight. Kamala Harris is a heavyweight. And look at how white folks are thinking right now. She’s a heartbeat away from being the first black president. If he dies while in office, some white folks are upset, and now we have to survive because the death plan is in motion.
