One of four suspects in the killing of 35-year-old Mountain Home resident Cody Stradford appeared Thursday in Baxter County Circuit for hearing regarding whether she d hired an attorney.
Allison June Cunningham faces charges of first-degree murder, second-degree battery, kidnapping, arson and being a felon in possession of a firearm. She is being held in the Baxter County Jail in lieu of a $1 million bond.
In January, Cunningham appeared in court and told Circuit Court Judge John Putman that she intends to hire an attorney and the attorney she had been in talks with advised her to ask for a bail reduction.
