TORONTO Toronto police have released the visitation and funeral details for Const. Jeffrey Northrup, who was killed in the line of duty on Friday. In a news release issued Wednesday, police said that a visitation will be held on Sunday, July 11 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Home, on Yonge Street south of Highway 7, in Thornhill. Police say the general public is welcome to attend the visitation while adhering to COVID-19 public health restrictions. On Monday, July 12, an invitation-only funeral will be held at BMO Field at Exhibition Place at 1 p.m. The service will be broadcast live on the Toronto Police Service YouTube Chanel and by local TV outlets.

Toronto police are asking for the public s help in order to find a missing goat.
According to police, Juniper the three-month-old goat was stolen during a break and enter at the Riverdale Farm in Toronto.
Police say the suspects entered a pen within the farm between 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday and 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, taking the Nubian goat with them when they left.

A three-month old Nubian goat named Juniper was ripped away from her mother s side during a break-in at Toronto s Riverdale Farm last night, according to police, and caretakers are extremely concerned for the young animal s wellbeing.
While they couldn t issue an Amber Alert for the abducted baby, being that she is a goat, the Toronto Police Service did issue a press release Friday afternoon requesting assistance from the public.
