Tattooed Man Sought in Binghamton Grand Larceny

Authorities have posted surveillance photos on the BPD Facebook page of the white man, who appears to be in his 20’s, wearing a Tampa Bay Buccaneers hat with a neck tattoo that resembles lightning bolts or a Nazi S-S design and a large, web-like or fan design tattoo on his left forearm.

The man looks to be of medium build and was wearing a grey long-sleeve athletic-logo hooded sweatshirt. The Police information does not specify where the alleged grand larceny took place or the date of the crime.
Snowstorm Prompts Crackdown on Binghamton Parking Violators

In a statement from the Mayor s Office, the Republican asks residents for their cooperation to allow public works crews to be able to plow and salt roads during the significant snow storm that is expected to drag into the evening of February 2.
The Mayor says,
Residents are encouraged to move vehicles into driveways, public garages or lots at City parks.
From December to March 15, motorists are required to park on the even-numbered side of the street for even-numbered calendar days, moving their vehicles to the odd side of the street for the next day by 5 p.m.

18-year-old Antonio Masso admitted possessing and discharging an unlicensed gun in the area of Thorp and Walnut Street in the City on June 26.
In August, Masso pleaded guilty to the violent felony count. His arrest came as a result of a joint investigation involving City of Binghamton Police and the Broome County District Attorney’s office.
Police had recovered three shell casings at the scene of the 11 p.m. shots fired incident. There was no one hurt by the gunfire.
In addition to the prison time, Masso is to serve two-and-a-half years post-release supervision.
