Halibut with dashi broth has been added to the dinner menu.
Two new melon dishes on the dinner menu are melon salad, and melon gazpacho with shrimp and stracciatella.
Elsewhere in town, La Goulue, 288 S. County Road (lagouluepalmbeach.com), recently introduced two new a la carte dinner items for summer from executive chef Pascal Sanchez.
Pan-seared jumbo scallops are served with artichoke barigoule, sundried tomato, olives and Meyer lemon hollandaise sauce.
Sanchez’s Chilean sea bass features sauce vierge, black-olive mashed potato, tomato sauce and basil pesto.

After being nixed last summer because of the pandemic, an annual perk of the low season in Palm Beach is starting to heat up: dining deals.
Some island restaurants are rolling out bargains via prix-fixe menus, discounts and BOGOs, while others plan to launch or consider launching deals in the coming weeks.
Summer prix-fixe menus offered in addition to restaurants’ regular a la carte menus typically include a choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert.
Menu items will change throughout summer to mix things up for diners.
A three-course prix-fixe lunch menu is offered at Le Bilboquet, which is nestled in Worth Avenue’s Via Encantada.
When it comes to fashion, we are all inspired by what we see; whether it be a well-dressed celebrity, a blow-your-mind catwalk presentation or even a super stylish every-day passerby.

To share our knowledge, FEMAIL brings you Style Swoon, a weekly series of the latest, greatest and on the verge. We hope this Friday series will serve as a buying guide and point of inspiration for the clotheshorses and fashion fanatics alike.
