He was fined £1,760, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £176 and court costs of £90. ROBERT APPLEBY, 30, of Van Diemans Road, Thame, admitted driving without third party insurance on Oxford Road, Banbury on February 4. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points. JOSHUA STOCK, 25, of Hayward Bridge Road, Stadhampton, admitted driving without third party insurance on the A329 Stadhampton on November 15. He was fined £400, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £90. His driving licence was endorsed with eight penalty points.

Closure order for Reading house after number of anti-social behaviour complaints

Google Maps images THREE houses being repeatedly taken over by anti-social behaviour has been partially sealed by order of a magistrates judge – after neighbours raised concerns to the police. The order on three homes in Hazel Crescent and Wrenswood Close, Reading was granted on Tuesday, April 13, by Reading Magistrates Court under Section 80 of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Disorder Act 2014. Police applied for the order against the property following complaints of anti-social behaviour. There was also ongoing issues around County line drug dealing, which is currently being investigated by police.  The partial closure prevents anyone other than the specified persons listed on the order from entering the property for a period of three months.
