The Triple Crown Corporation is building a facility in the 7000 block of the Carlisle Pike in Silver Spring Township.
The Lower Paxton Township company plans to build the 36,000-square-foot building at the property, which would be accessed from Louis Parkway.
The final subdivision and land development plans were submitted to Silver Spring Township to consolidate two lots into a single 4.9 acre lot. The plans were presented in front of the Silver Spring Township Planning Commission on Thursday night. The plan known as Golden Triangle Lots 2A-3 was recommended for approval by the commission and still requires approval by the Silver Spring Township Board of Supervisors.
