Mother of teen killed in Burnaby hit and run pleads for driver, witnesses to come forward
Damien Seguin died in hospital after he was struck last month by a driver who fled the scene. The occupants of three vehicles, including Damien, had been involved in a confrontation before the collision.

LPD found a man passed out in his car at a Sonic, with a loaded gun in his pants

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- At 9:30 p.m. on February 19, Lincoln police reported finding someone passed out behind the wheel of a black Nissan Ultima at the Sonic on south 48th street.
Police say they approached the driver and he showed signs of impairment, giving the police a fake name. The man allowed the officers to search his person and LPD reported finding a loaded handgun 40 caliber Smith & Wesson in his waistband.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - A man police say is responsible for shooting two people on the Llyod Expressway in January has been arrested.

According to police, five people were in a car driving east on the Lloyd Expressway near US 41 when a passenger spit a piece of gum out the window on January 24. EPD says the piece may have hit or came near a car in the lane to the right.

COBB COUNTY, Ga. - A Cobb County grand jury has ruled that the use of force in the deadly shooting of a 17-year-old boy by a Cobb County police officer to be authorized under Georgia law. That announcement was made by Cobb County District Attorney Flynn D. Broady Jr. on Thursday as his office also released surveillance video, dash camera video, and body camera video of the incident.
