The Seattle Seahawks’ defense is playing at an elite level as they enter the playoffs and defensive coordinator Ken Norton Jr. is receiving well-deserved praise.
The unit’s rise occurred after it struggled mightily during the first half of the season. The early-season travails resulted in Norton being heavily criticized, with some Seahawk fans calling for him to be fired. Norton is accustomed to the fickleness of fans because of his experiences growing up in the home of his famous father.
