ST. PAUL Blizzard conditions and icy temperatures bore down on much of Minnesota Wednesday, Dec. 23.
The National Weather Service Wednesday afternoon extended a blizzard warning that applied to nearly every part of Minnesota, save for the north and northeast. More snow is expected to fall in the north and east.

2020 has served up plenty of bummers, but this one might put a smile on some faces. Following traffic levels so high they ve had to turn people away some nights, Bentleyville Tour of Lights announced they will be extending this year s season.
While initially scheduled to close on December 27, Nathan Bentley and his team of organizers with the annual holiday lights tour have decided to extend the season four more nights. This means the 2020 edition of the Bentleyville Tour of Lights will close on New Year s Eve (December 31). It gets even better, though.
Not only can you spend New Year s Eve at Bentleyville, it will be open until midnight that night! That s a whole two hours longer than their normal weekend closing time for the final night.

DULUTH, Minn.- Bentleyville Tour of Lights is coming off another busy Saturday night. Ahead of the coming holiday weekend, founder Nathan Bentley is again asking future attendees to seriously consider coming during the week.
The attraction started closing to new vehicles at 5:30 Saturday, and ended up turning people away through the rest of the night.
Bentley has asked attendees this year to try and come during the week more, as weekends have been packed like this, or to plan ahead and come at different times throughout the night.
