Two of the three suspects wanted in connection with the brutal carjacking of a 78-year-old South Philly woman have been taken into custody, according to sources.
SOUTH PHILADELPHIA - Two of the three suspects wanted in connection with the brutal carjacking of a 78-year-old South Philly woman have been taken into custody, according to police.
Briana Cruz-Gordan, 18, and a 17-year-old were taken into custody on the 100 block of Diamond Street in North Philadelphia without incident Friday afternoon. A third suspect has not been identified at this time.

Carjacking suspects wanted by police
Three females are wanted for their involvement in an aggravated assault that occurred during a carjacking on Jan. 27 on the 2700 block of South Smedley Street, police said.
According to police, three unknown women were captured at 4:20 p.m. stalking a victim on the 2600 block of South Bancroft Street. The suspects followed the victim across the 1600 block of Oregon Avenue and onto Smedley Street, police said.
As the victim was walking away from the vehicle, the suspects approached and sprayed the victim with pepper spray and knocked the victim to the ground, police said. While the victim was on the ground the suspects punched the victim and took the vehicle keys before fleeing the scene, police said.
Philadelphia police have released photos and are asking for the public's help to find two suspects wanted for brutally carjacking a 78-year-old woman last week in South Philadelphia.
