The Western Trust’s Children’s Ward at the South West Acute Hospital gratefully acknowledges a kind donation of two Nintendo Switch Games - Spyro and Super Mario Odyssey from Sarah Leonard from Belleek. Doris Kirkpatrick, Play Nurse Specialist said: “This was a huge effort for Sarah Leonard as she has a Learning Difficulty and spent her time during lock-down making the NHS Rainbows out of Hama Beads. She sold these in her local Bridal Store in Belleek to raise the cash in order to buy the games. Well Done Sarah and Thank you from all the Children attending our ward.

Jan 23, 2021 YOUNGSTOWN Mary Terese “Teri” Laret, 92, met her Lord and Savior, Thursday, Jan., 21, 2021, and reunited with friends and family who predeceased her, particularly her husband, Lee Quentin Laret, whom she married in 1953 after having met at a mutual friend’s wedding reception, and with whom she was married for 49 years. Teri was born March 16, 1928, in Cleveland, to Raymond Joseph and Leona Kundtz. She attended Villa Angela Academy from first through 12th grades. A gifted seamstress and tailor, her work career started while raising and attending to her children. She saw clients in the home and worked in the home. She managed to serve her clients while fully engaged in her primary serving role as a dedicated, supportive and loving mother.
